Hot Cure

The tread rubber, as an irawi compound, is applied to the casing and later vulcanized in a mould with the appropriate tread pattern.

The specific compounds used are formulated to reduce the thermal stress on the casing to a minimum thus ensuring optimum performance.

Ideal for frequent retreading, increased acceptance of retreadable casings, wide choice of specialized compounds according to use, and low cost.
